Stunning views from the room.

My experience was utterly disappointing. The receptionist was rude when I asked for assistance with my phone charger, repeatedly stating, 'it's not our problem', which is intolerable. The jacuzzi was dirty, and I had to deal with insects in the bathroom. For the amount I paid, this hotel failed to provide even basic service or cleanliness.

This place was seriously magical! The cave room had breathtaking views of the caldera and we loved having breakfast on our private balcony every morning. The staff was super friendly and totally went out of their way to help us out. Just wish the breakfast options were a bit more extensive. Overall, unforgettable experience!
